Mask Requirements

For the safety of our patients and staff, we require all patients above the age of two (2) to be fully masked. Masks must cover the mouth and nose during their visit, even in the exam rooms.

Visitor Policy

Patients under the age of two are permitted to have two (2) people accompany them to their appointment. This includes parents, guardians, grandparents, and siblings.  If you have appointments for more than one (1) child, you may bring one (1) adult per child. Patients three years and above may only have one (1) person accompany them to their appointment.
